These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Luneria Tours & Travel ("Luneria", "we", "us") and your purchase of any experience, tour, or transport service listed on this platform. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. Availability opens for travel dates from 17 July 2026 onward. A booking is confirmed once you receive your digital voucher.

2. Pricing

Prices are displayed per traveller category (Adult, Youth, Child) and are shown in Euros. Optional add-ons, such as hotel pickup, are charged separately as described at checkout.

3. Vouchers & Delivery

Vouchers are delivered instantly via WhatsApp, email, or your preferred contact method. There is no need to visit a physical meeting point to collect your voucher.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers must arrive with a valid voucher and, where applicable, valid identification. Please review the rules and guidelines listed on each experience page before your visit.

5. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change a booking date or traveller count should be made through our customer support channels as early as possible, subject to availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luneria acts as a booking facilitator for third-party venues and services. We are not liable for closures, delays, or changes made by the venues themselves, though we will assist in resolving any issues that arise.
