Exceptional Cancellation Assistance

All bookings with Luneria Luxury Rome Tours are final sale and are normally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances involving a serious health issue, you may submit a cancellation assistance request below with supporting documentation. Each request is reviewed individually.

If your request is approved, Luneria may issue a partial refund of up to 75% of the amount paid. Approval is not automatic. The final refundable amount may depend on non-recoverable booking, supplier, reservation, guide, payment processing, or administrative costs already incurred.
